Refund policy
At Just Like Sunday, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Returns:
- Returns will only be accepted if the garment is still in its original packaging.
- The garment must be in the same condition as when you received it – unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
Return Process:
- Contact us at info@justlikesunday.com within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.
- Provide your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return.
- Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back to us.
Refunds:
- Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Exchanges:
- If you’d like a different size or style, please process a return; we would happily exchange it.
Additional Information:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet our policy requirements.
